The Barn

There are three levels to the Barn at White Pine, which leads to countless ways to customize the setup for your special day. Our most popular setup is an outdoor ceremony overlooking the valley with a reception and dance to follow in the main level of the barn. Some couples rent an outdoor tent for larger receptions and use the barn for the dance and cocktail hour. A few weddings have used the main level of the barn for a ceremony with an outdoor reception. Many couples use the lower level for photo booths, gift table, guest book signing. The barn can comfortably fit 200 for a dinner and a dance, but we have had weddings up to 350 with an outdoor tent.  Schedule a tour so you can see the spaces and we can talk about what would fit your party best! It will be special too!

The Grounds

With a wedding at White Pine you also get access to our beautiful 120 acres.

There are endless options for photos, so you, your new spouse and your wedding party will not need to worry about transportation for photos! We have many backgrounds from woods to valleys, old buildings, fields, and even wildflowers. There are a few options for ceremony locations as well, each with their own feel. An intimate tree lined grove? An expansive view overlooking the valley? We have you covered. After the ceremony greet and mingle with your guests over yard games on the lawn. Later after dinner and dancing host a S’more bar at the fire pit! (*as long as their is no burning bans in effect)

The Bride Room

Our newest addition at White Pine is our Bride Room. It provides a special place for the bride and her bridesmaids to prepare as well as rest throughout the day.

The space is located in our General Store building, with your own separate entrance! There are many opportunities for beautiful photos of getting ready with natural light, mirrors and reclaimed barn wood throughout. Access to indoor bathrooms is included. (Shared with customers when the farm is open, but private once the farm is closed.)

Your wedding weekend is just that... YOUR weekend

One of your biggest advantages to having your wedding at White Pine is we only book ONE wedding per weekend. Many wedding venues give you only a few hours before your reception on Saturday to set up – which often leads to a friend setting up for you during your ceremony. (I was that friend once!)

To eliminate the stress of short set up time frames, we decided to allow our couples an entire weekend dedicated to their event.  This allows for greater flexibility in your wedding weekend schedule. Many couples set up early on Friday, and host their rehearsal and grooms dinner in the barn that evening. Enjoy getting ready on Saturday knowing your venue is already ready for you. Finally, the last thing anyone wants to do late Saturday night after a great wedding is tear all the decorations down. By only hosting one wedding a weekend we can allow you to come back on  Sunday to tear down and clean up!

Tables and Chairs

Tables and chairs to seat 250 people are included.

Wood table tops are available for use, but you are welcome to bring your own linens as well.

Catering

You may chose to bring in any caterer, or even cook for yourself. We do not put any limits on this portion of your day! We do have a list of caterers we have worked with before that we are happy to share if requested.

Parking

A parking attendant will be provided by White Pine Berry Farm.

We have a number of l0ts available for wedding guest parking. Parking spots for the elderly or handicap are available very close to the barn. Any overflow parking will be parked in a nearby field.

Restrooms

2 portable restrooms (1 handicap accessible) and 1 portable hand washing station are included with the package. If you are having a larger wedding, you may want to bring in an additional facility at an added cost. The portable restrooms are the nicest we have ever seen, however some couples choose to bring in luxury restroom trailers instead.

Alcohol

Beer, wine, hard ciders, and champagne are allowed.

Hard liquor is not allowed by our insurance policy.

Pricing

The cost for a wedding rental is $4,500 plus tax. A $1000 deposit will reserve your date and the remaining $3,500 is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
